Terms of Use
Last reviewed 12 August 2026. Walking through the entrance means accepting the terms below.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dungeon Perk Protocol. Continuing past the age door is your confirmation that you meet that requirement. Access may be refused where we have reason to believe it is not met.
2. Nature of the hall
This is a free social entertainment website. The delves are played for amusement only. There is no purchase, deposit, balance, prize, payout or item of value at any point, and nothing achieved here has worth outside this website.
3. Your delver name
Carving a name writes it, along with a pass word, into your own browser's local storage. It is never transmitted to us and no server holds it. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently, and we cannot restore it. Please do not reuse an important pass word here.
4. How you may use the site
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the hall or its delves.
- Do not automate interaction with the site.
- Do not republish the content commercially or present it as your own work.
- Do not use the contact form for bulk, abusive or unlawful messages.
5. Ownership
Layout, written content, illustration and the sigil belong to the operator of Dungeon Perk Protocol or are licensed for use here. Each delve remains the property of its own developer and is provided for play within this site only.
6. Availability
The hall is offered as it stands and as it is available. Delves may be added, altered or retired at any time without notice, and continuous access is not promised. Since nothing is bought, no refund or compensation can arise from downtime.
7. Liability
So far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss connected with using this site, including lost progress, lost names or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Third parties
Embedded delves and web fonts come from third parties under their own terms. We pick them carefully but we do not control their code.
9. Updates
These terms may change. The review date above always shows the current version, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
10. Reaching us
